
* Care Builders at Home Presentation * Attention all Veterans, Wives of Veterans, and Caregivers. There will be a presentation put on by the Administrator of Care Builders at Home, Brittany Barclay at the Bay City American Legion. She will inform you how to get the help you may need, including: RN & LPN: Clinical Services such as medication administration, IV's, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and education. Personal Care Assistance: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Companionship: Providing friendly conversation, emotional support, and engaging activities. Medication Reminders: Ensuring Veterans take their medications as prescribed. Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences. Light Housekeeping: Assisting with household chores, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment. Transportation: Arranging and providing transportation for medical appointments, social engagements, and errands. Respite Care: Offering temporary relief to family caregivers, ensuring they can rest and recharge. Come and learn of some Veterans benefits you may not have known of. They will do a one on one to answer questions you may have. Note: Matagorda County Cavalry members and other Patriots on motorcycles or vehicles.
